Registrations will open 2 February.
Abstract submissions will open 2 February. To submit an abstract, you must first register for the meeting. Upon registration you will receive a reference number to access your personal myST2011 page.
The registration fee alone includes lunches and coffee breaks during the meeting. Participation at the social dinners (25, 26, 27 May) incurs an additional payment. Accommodation is available in single and double rooms at the Hotel NH Mantegna at a reduced rate reserved for meeting participants. These selections can be made after registration through each participant's personal myST2011 page.
The early bird registration fee (until 1 April 2011) is 190 EUR. If payment is processed after 1 April 2011 (and until 22 April 2011), the regular fee — 240 EUR — will be applied. NB. This difference depends on when the payment is effectively processed, not on the date of registration.
After 22 April 2011, only onsite payments will be accepted; a late payment surcharge of 50 EUR will be applied. NB. Onsite payments are accepted in cash only.
The price for the three social dinners is 75 EUR. Social dinners cannot be booked separately.
For the minimum three-night package, the accommodation price in a single room is 258 EUR, while in a double room it is 159 EUR per person. Participants should not make reservations directly with the hotel (this insures your reduced rate and avoids duplications). If additional nights are required, please contact the organisers .
If payment is not received until 22 April 2011, room reservations will be automatically cancelled.

190 EUR + 75 EUR + 159 EUR = 424 EUR
Accompanying guests have no access to the scientific sessions, to coffee breaks, or lunches. As a registered participant, you may book accommodation for your guest(s)—in the same or in additional room(s)—as well as dinners. If you wish to register a guest, please contact us before making any payment.

In your payment description, indicate clearly the meeting (ST2011), followed by your surname and your registration reference number: e.g., ST2011, Smith (RefNo). To facilitate the confirmation of your payment, please send a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail to ST.2011@azuleon.org.
Please ensure that all transfer expenses are covered; i.e., if your total is 190 EUR, this exact amount must be credited to the meeting's bank account (use of IBAN and SWIFT codes usually ensures a cost-free transfer for the recipient, but please confirm with your bank). You will be notified if there are any differences due to bank fees and you will be required to settle this difference at the registration desk in cash.
Payment by credit card is currently not available.
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 22 April 2011 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 50 EUR; cancellations within 6 May will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 6 May.
